What part will you play?
  • You will act as a central point of contact for incident and crisis management
  • You will provide worldwide support for the prevention, preparation and response to (security) incidents and crisis situations.
  • You will participate in the central SAG crisis team or in the support of incident and crisis teams in the event of an incident
  • You will advise SAG business units on the development and further development of the crisis organization
  • The observation and assessment of risks with crisis potential are part of your everyday life
  • You will offer advice on adequate preventive and preparatory measures
  • You are responsible for the conception and implementation of information and training measures, e.g. lectures, crisis exercises
  • Furthermore, you will develop regulations and work aids
  • You will support the further development and networking within Siemens AG
  • You will record the establishment and maintenance of relevant contacts with authorities in the areas of security, foreign policy, disasters and civil protection as well as international security service providers
  • Networking with similar departments of other companies
What you need to make real what matters.
  • You have successfully completed a Master's degree or equivalent
  • You were able to gain many years of experience in an internationally active company
  • You also have additional training in specialist areas such as security management, crisis management, business continuity, cybersecurity, risk management
  • You have experience in incident and crisis management as well as in dealing with kidnapping, extortion or ransomware cases
  • You have experience in training conception and implementation as well as in consulting at C-level
  • In the past, you had the opportunity to work in international teams
  • You are characterized by your high intercultural competence / sensitivity
  • You are willing to travel worldwide - also to crisis areas and to take on tasks at night/on weekends and in crisis situations
  • You have the prerequisite for authorization in dealing with official classified information
  • Business fluent English and German skills round off your profile
