Join our team now at Siemens Healthineers as an Administrative Assistant III for the Strategy & M&A team, the position will be located in Tarrytown New York (during the pandemic as required the position may be home based, as pandemic conditions allow the position is intended to be based in the office in Tarrytown New York).

This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As an administrative assistant for the Strategy & M&A team, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining calendars to ensure meetings are scheduled without conflict
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations and other business-related reports for distribution
  • Arranging global travel for the team
  • Processing expense reports, purchase orders, supply requests, facility work requests and maintain office supply
  • Providing project level support as needed

Required skills to have for the success of this role

  • Excellent organization, management, written, and verbal skills
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Experience with expense and travel systems (Concur), time keeping systems, SAP, and other various computer software
  • Fluent in English, German language skills a plus
  • Prior work experience as an administrative assistant (5-7 years)
