Global Mobility Management (GBS H2R GMM) is a Service Line combining governance and extensive assignment consulting within a truly global footprint; we have one of the highest volumes of international movement in the world.

What part will you play?

  • As GMM Regional Manager you are the voice of the countries assigned to your Region into GMM and vice versa.

  • You organize collaboration between the countries in your Region; and GMM, as well as H2R Regional Management & H2R Customer Relationship Management

  • You understand the customers’ (P&O/CFO/CEO) agenda, the local changes, their needs and issues and so are in a position to create value for all concerned

  • Together with the GMM Delivery Centres you ensure well-oiled operations and a customer centric handling of Siemens mobility needs.

  • You have excellent knowledge of the contracts between GMM and the customers in a country, you support and are fully involved in the contractual process (budget communication through to signing)

  • You use the Country Circulars and Contracts between GMM and the customers in a country as a base and ‘your way in’ to formally engage with them throughout the year and feed the outcomes back into GMM.

  • You are part of a team of 6 Regional Managers with whom you work together very closely- our regions are Europe North, Europe East, Europe South, Africa & Middle East, Americas, Asia Pacific.

  • You initiate and/or drive (cross-) Regional internal projects to bring the global vertical setup and quest for growth and innovation of GMM to life. Specifically, in Asia Pacific there is the ‘Country Transformation Project’ still ongoing, in which you will play a major role.

You will gain exposure to diverse cultures, diverse customers, and diverse topics such as managing complex transformations, setting up management systems for RM, contract management, commercial and financial topics, operational excellence. Your competencies will grow in business acumen, customer focus, influencing, driving change, initiative & execution and in developing others.

What you need to make real what matters.

  • You have more than 5 years of professional experience and a solid background in International Human Resources or another consulting business.

  • You have a thorough understanding of Siemens and external customers

  • Ideally you have worked in different Siemens Companies and have experience with living and working in different regions / with different cultures.

  • You have a high level of intercultural sensitivity to enable a formal two-way engagement with the stakeholders in Countries and GMM at a non-operational level.

  • You are a team player who sees the overall Service Line performance as a priority and empowers the GMM team to make decisions and thereby enabling high performance.

  • You are fluent in written and spoken English. Beneficial would be to have additional language skills of the region you will be managing.
