Business Development Professional - Partner Management

Job Description

What you would be doing?          

Channel Policy

- Finalize & release the Channel policy along with BU for driving the Channel partner business.

- Finalize the Annual Target Agreements of Channel Partners and upload in I-Mall.

- Issue valid certificates to Channel Partners.

- Upload the Channel Policy discounts in I-Mall regularly.

Performance monitoring

- Review the Channel Partner Performance quarterly with BU & Offices.

- Suggest any corrective actions if needed like release of schemes etc.

- Release 3D Analysis to Sales offices with specific action plan towards partner growth, Volume improvement and other measures to maintain Partner eco system.

Partner development

- Drive local/global measures towards development of partner community.

- Plan initiatives like training programs to support the Sales Offices for channel partner development.

- Release Newsletters, technical notes periodically.

- Support partners for joint publicity activities like Seminars, Website development, participation in exhibitions etc.

Other activities

- Plan and arrange Partner conference as required.

- Plan for felicitation of partners on milestone achievements.

- Manage Partner onboarding/deboarding in local tool.

- Maintain and update active partners in SieSales CRM Database for quarterly review with HQ.

Skills and experience preferred :

The candidate should have atleast 10 years of experience in handling of LV Switchgear / LV Motors business. Out of this atleast 5 years experience in handling of Channel partners.
