Mission

Take full responsibilities to conduct customer services on Siemens Process Instrumentation (PI) products including technical support, onsite customer service, technical training, returning repairs

负责执行西门子过程仪表产品相关的技术服务工作包括技术支持、客户现场服务、技术培训以及支持客户返厂维修等客户服务事宜。

What are my responsibilities?

Carry out standard or urgent onsite service activities for Siemens Process Instrumentation products

执行常规或紧急的西门子过程仪表产品相关的客户现场服务

Onsite Service Report and internal service summary

撰写现场服务报告以及内部服务总结

Remote Tech Support to the customers and distributors.

对最终客户以及代理商的远程技术支持

Critical service case study summary and team sharing.

关键现场服务的经验总结以及团队分享

Support customer for warranty / returning repair service

支持用户做质保申请服务以及返修服务

Onsite customer training regarding PI products application and maintenance

过程仪表应用以及维护相关的客户现场培训

 

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Bachelor’s degree with Industry Automation or Process Instruments related majors.

学士学历,工业自动化或过程仪表相关专业

At least 3 years’ experience on the process instrumentation products application. Familiar with the process instruments installation, start-up, troubleshooting and commissioning

至少3 年过程仪表产品应用经验。熟悉过程仪表安装、启动、调试以及故障诊断等工作

Good coordination ability, precise job attitude and good communication skills

良好的协调能力,严谨的工作态度和良好的沟通技巧

Initiative and with good learning capabilities

积极主动,有良好的学习能力

Flexibility of frequent business travels
