•Safely supporting our factory Operations, ensuring our factory assets are available for use, when required by the end user, aiding our world class factory to continue in delivering amazing outcomes. 
•The role offers opportunity to progress Cross functionally in both mechanical and electrical principles. 
•Our factory is class leading in delivering productivity though Digitalisation and Automation and there is a requirement for the successful candidate to develop in areas such as Robotics and PLC control. 
•Predictive maintenance is a key topic, we wish to advance, using data to effectively identify opportunity for improvement, an ability to collect and analyse machine data is preferred.
•The successful candidate will be supported in learning, and then applying a broad skillset through ongoing training and mentoring.
•Working within the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) framework, this is a challenging role that offers a great opportunity to develop in a Mechanical/Electrical maintenance engineering capacity.
•This role coupled with technology developments offers an exciting opportunity to get involved in the overall learning process required to enable Congleton to deliver on our factory targets now and in the future.
•The role involves pro-active and re-active maintenance activities and is shift based.  You will actively manage asset performance, capturing data from interventions, building a body of knowledge to support ongoing activities with our Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Agility.

What you need to make real what matters.

•You must work well as part of a team and display great Ownership behaviours.
•Have good communication skills and be able to liaise with other teams and Team Leaders.
•Must have Knowledge of Electrical and Electronic test methods and practices.
•Must have Electrical Control System knowledge.
•Have a drive to follow though from plan to delivery of solutions.
•An understanding of the following improvement initiatives e.g. 5S / TPM / CIP / Lean.
•PC literate and able to use MS office applications and preferred PLC knowledge (although not essential).
•Demonstrate a logical and methodical problem-solving approach.
•Have an HNC or HND in relevant Electrical qualification. 
•Experience in an Electronic / Electrical Test role.
