Your new field of activity

In your new position, you will lead the financial execution of large installation projects. You will conduct as part and financial leader of a project team all aspects of successfully delivering our projects after award to hand over into service. Additionally, the following tasks are part of your area of responsibility:

  • Monitoring and controlling project scope, schedule, forecast, budget, risks and deliverables that support business goals in alignment with management and stakeholders.
  • Managing commercial and legal project subjects, e.g. correct allocation and monitoring of costs, identification and financial assessment of opportunities and risks, preparation of invoices and follow-up of claims, handling of fiscal, tax-/currency-related aspects and insurance subjects.
  • Ensuring compliance with processes and quality gates and presenting your offers up to the BU management.
  • Contributing to a smooth customer journey through active exchange between bid, execution and customer service team.
  • Working with BI Tools (e.g. QlikSense) and developing new solutions to use early indicators for our project quality.
  • To support your professional development and personal growth you can take over additional tasks, special projects and responsibilities.
Your qualifications
  • 10 years of working experience is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experince in finance positions.
  • University degree, preferably majored in Commercial / Finance / Accounting.
  • Advanced knowledge in SAP operation practice and Microsoft Office.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English due to multi-cultural working environment.
  • You strive for a certification as CPM or PM@Siemens.
  • You are an open minded team player who enjoys working in an international environment.
  • You have a logical mindset with a strong analytical capability.
  • You have the ability to work independently with high commitment to support the strengthen of our global process quality.
