For our global team of marketing professionals, we are looking for a talented marketing manager for the vertical Industry Semiconductor to drive lead generation, expand awareness of Siemens portfolio for these infrastructural industries, and increase products/solutions adoption. If you are a marketeer by nature, communication enthusiast, fluent in English and excited about working in an international team, we might have a match!


Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Drive global marketing strategy and storyline: In alignment with sales experts, you are responsible for the development and implementation of the international marketing and communication strategy of the Industry Semiconductor
  • Create valuable assets along the complete customer journey: Together with communication experts, you orchestrate campaign and asset development across a network of contributors and stakeholders to push sales. Based on a value based argumentation this includes digital and non digital touchpoints, for example websites, social media campaigns, fairs & events, sales presentations and customer references.
  • Enable sales to win: You ensure that our sales knows the best argumentation to win customer projects. This includes consolidation of market and customer value argumentations, competitive environment, and distribution of the knowledge via suitable channels as webinars, onsite trainings and online sales platforms.
  • Lastly you will be a team member of a global community of marketing for industries and foster global exchange and collaboration between hubs, regions and customers in our communities

Describe the qualifications, essential skills & employment experience required to be held:

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and have a good to excellent understanding of Industrial Automation as well as branch knowledge for Semiconductor Industry. Experiences in industrial marketing and striving for creative ideas are appreciated. The communication and tool skillset to orchestrate marketing strategies including marketing systematics, presentation and moderation skills is a key.

You value customer engagement and enjoy working in a global setup. You must be able to communicate effectively in English language and be able to build strong relationships at all levels internally and within customer organizations. However, further language skills are much appreciated.
