What part will you play?
  • You develop and maintain strategies and sales plans in accordance with management expectations. 
  • You create and maintain solid relationships with customers, key accounts, partners, decision makers. (EPC´s, Developers, Utilities).
  • You develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of PV projects (RFQ´s) from EPC´s, Developers, Utilities.
  • You coordinate commercial and technical bid preparation with the HQ and Regional Germany Entity, according to customer requirements and management expectations.
  • You manage compliance and regulatory requirements for the region Germany.
  • You achieve KPI´s such as sales volume, revenue and margins as defined by management.
  • You develop a thorough understanding of Siemens PV portfolio and help engage with R&D roadmap by giving input on the market trends and customer expectations.
What you need to make real what matters.
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Business or equivalent. 
  • You can demonstrate at least many years of Sales experience within PV and /or energy storage systems.
  • You have good technical knowledge of PV Inverter systems and market requirements.
  • You can build strong customer relationships
  • You are able to negotiate contractual terms with key customers from a technical and commercial prospective.
  • You are fluent both in German and English.
