Business process improvement expert

Job Description

We are seeking a Business process improvement professional who would consult and evaluate our organization's operations performance and drive process improvements by performing advanced data analysis.

You should be able to understand the health of selected or multiple operations within our business functional areas ( e.g. Finance, SCM, HR, Logistics, Customer service,...). In addition, you should be capable to consult business lines representatives (several levels) in order to:

  • improve data quality, data collection and data analysis (advanced MS Excel and MS Power BI skills required)
  • empower relevant stakeholders in decision making by providing actionable insights
  • contribute to business process optimization across various business lines (e.g. evaluation of KPIs, eliminating redundancies, streamlining workflows, forecasting changes, etc..)
 

You would be also:

  • keeping transparency over optimization and data analytics activities
  • mentoring, motivating and influencing project teams/individuals in determining process improvements
 

Required skills and knowledge:

  • operational process experience from Shared Services or BPO organization: knowledge of Finance, SCM, Logistics, HR, Customer service - in any combination, with proven track record of delivering services in these areas
  • ability to provide data analytics, generate insights and actionable plans
  • experienced in building-up of dynamic reporting landscape in Power BI
  • excellent communication skills, comfortable with managing and driving change
  • ability to analyze work processes to identify performance and productivity barriers
  • ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders
  • command of English and Czech (Slovak) as must
  • experience/certification in process improvement methods is a plus
