We make real what matters. This is your role:

  • Complete delivery processing for packed goods, project deliveries, customs services
  • Daily involvement in local logistics processes in projects
  • Ensuring the functionality of the physical logistics processes and warehouse (goods receipt, put away, picking, packing, delivery)
  • Coordinates day to day operations between logistics suppliers and internal customers
  • Manages the communication to the internal customers on logistics services
  • Analyzes customer schedules in logistics against agreed contracts, incl. capacity and flexibility agreements
  • Supports implementation of customers terms, conditions, and standards, including customer specific processes
  • Supports Logistic Planning activities for projects and RFQ’s
  • Monitors actual costs & implements actions to reach costs targets
  • Contributes to negotiation of logistics global  agreements
  • Manages customer logistics complaints, problem solving actions
  • Contributes to the implementation of methods, processes and stability systems at global level and their assurance to ensure the efficiency and compliance of the procurement process (eg: (P2P) Purchase-to-Pay process, procurement instructions, IT systems).
  • Preparation of forms specific to the purchases of the SCM department

Your Qualifications – Solid and Appropriate

  • University Graduate – Technical or Economic studies
  • Experience in procurement 3-5 years
  • Experience in a similar position
  • Advanced knowledge of English
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Package
  • SAP knowledge represents an advantage
