Project Support Coordinator

Job Description

Siemens Logistics LLC is seeking a motivated and reliable Project Support Coordinator in support of our Dallas Airport team. The Project Support position is a key role for our organization and must use logical and consistent methods of coordinating work with all levels of various project execution teams and the client stakeholders as well as with other internal departments. You must be well organized, professional, with the ability to maintain confidentiality, & work well with limited direction


• Establish and maintain semi-complex administrative duties on several multi-location programs.

• Develop/maintain document delivery schedule for all program stakeholders.

• Support project team with preparation of documents as needed including documents for transmittals and/or equipment technical specifications, data sheets, applicable client specs and other documents as needed.

• Prepare/compile/transmit document transmittals to/from client/sub-vendor as required

• Prepare and distribute various documentation status reports to expedite internal and/or external document flow

• Assist with development/preparation/submittal of final documentation to client

• Develop/maintain project job track/project files

• Identify/report issues with may impact project documentation

• Prepare/maintain airport security badge applications at various airports

• Strong team player, willing to work with team members and support other departments as necessary

• Schedule department resources such as people, meetings, appointments, rooms, and equipment.

• Prepare, compose, and edit complex memos, documents and other correspondence as needed.

• Prepare presentation, reports, spreadsheets and other documents as required for the project needs

• Utilize corporate tools for booking travel, expensing, ordering supplies, submitting purchase orders, documenting work hours, and the like.

• Maintain project relevant data in corporate tools such as SAP, PROMIT, JIRA, and the like.

• Support corporate and project compliance policies and procedures

Education / Experience

• Associates’ degree preferred and/or equivalent experience

•             Excellent project documentation skills required with experience with project execution

•             Experience with project cost reporting

•             Ability to develop key working relationships with multiple internal and external clients (ie. employees, vendors and customers).

•             Typically, 5 - 8 years of successful experience in area of responsibility and successful demonstration of key responsibilities and knowledge as presented above.

•             Proficient computer skills, with emphasis on Microsoft Office

•             Previous experience in bi-lateral execution of purchase orders/contracts

•             Previous experience with SAP or other Enterprise Business Applications
