Senior Learning Consultant

Job Description

Senior Learning Consultant, Global Learning & Growth Asia and Australia will be the lead to develop and design learning solutions to support Learning & Growth in business and functions, and to drive strategic projects in GLG, so that the latest learning and growth resources of Siemens can be effectively leveraged to enhance the upskilling, reskilling and cross skilling of employees and cultivate the Growth mindset and Learning culture.

What are my responsibilities?
  • Provide professional and unified learning consulting advise to business based on their people strategy and future trend of competence 
  • Identify key factors for business success and develop learning solutions adding value to business;
  • Lead strategic or cross function projects in GLG China or global; facilitate workshops to drive innovation;
  • Manager internal and external learning ecosystems, e.g. close collaboration with P&O BPs and explore new external learning resources
  • Operate the learning platform to enhance the employee experience and community learning
  • Support the annual learning events and activities, e.g. Learning Day
  • Handle the user experience issues with proper technical solutions and interact with global contacts
What do I need to qualify for this job?
  • 6 years plus working experience in strategic Learning & Development, Management Consulting, or middle level management experience from International company
  • Successfully lead (or play a key role) at least 3 projects, which involved cross function cooperation, coordination and communication.
  • Fluent English language capability, e.g. can facilitate workshop in EN and communicate with global colleagues
  • Preferable TMT experience or digital related expertise
