We are looking for a Senior Process Analyst to join our STS Division in Cairo, Egypt.

As a Senior Process Analyst, you will focus on the big-picture Agile continuous improvement of development processes leading to increased efficiency within the Operations team. You will change existing processes through experience, automation, and digitization with a focus to reduce costs, increase productivity, and improve cycle time by reducing wasted time, rework, etc. resulting in significant business improvement, and customer satisfaction.

  • Drive an innovative approach and initiate activities to benchmark and evaluate opportunities to improve business operational performance for all users and use cases, using digital technology.
  • Documentation of the current state and development of future state process maps, stakeholder identification and analysis, communication plans, etc. to implement process improvement of strategic processes to increase efficiency while reducing low value intermediate steps.
  • Develop, deploy, and manage strategic reporting and analytics to drive behaviors and decisions based on data.
  • Prepare presentations for business leaders and key stakeholders to establish business cases for improvement proposals, providing updates consistently to various stakeholders and business partners about project strategy, adjustments, roadblocks, and accomplishments.
  • Collaborate with the development teams to translate business requirements into actionable user stories, technology roadmaps, sprint commitments, and test-delivered products to original requirements.
  • Provide training and documentation to support the roll-out of solutions to all end users.
  • Evaluate and revise existing processes to ensure changes are aligned with stakeholders’ objectives.
  • Administer key product management tools at the project level to enable efficient working within teams, and collaboration across divisions.
  • Establish reporting dashboards and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of processes post-implementation to ensure they continue to provide a positive impact on the team and are aligned with divisional strategy.
Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
  • +5 years of relevant experience in process improvement of the software development lifecycle cycle (SDLC).
  • Working with multiple stakeholders of Cross-functional Team Leadership to understand legacy workflows and identify process alignment opportunities.
  • Experienced in the SDLC with a wide variety of roles in software design and implementation and quality practices.
  • Participate with the leadership team to help transform a mature development organization to Scrum/Agile.
  • Agile Coach. Certified Scrum Master or Certified Product Owner.
  • Experience with large-scale Scrum/Agile transformation. Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Development Team Members to better represent Agile values and principles. Combined with Requirements Analysis.
  • Analytically driven, process and detail-oriented while utilizing an agile mindset for innovations to support business partners strategically.
  • Proficient with working substantial amounts of data and converting into meaningful actions/results.
  • Train and mentor new team members. Review designs and improve internal software design processes.
  • Process Mapping skills & ability to visually describe using flowcharts the detailed flow of a process.
  • Change Management skills - Ability to help people and teams adopt the transition or transformation of the company’s function’s goals, processes, tools, or technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience leading improvement projects with measurable results.
  • Demonstrates and applies a broad knowledge of the field of specialization through successful completion of moderately complex assignments.
  • Successfully applies complex knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of the area of specialization. Demonstrates knowledge of the organization's business practices and issues.
  • Ability to understand business strategies, needs and requirements, and translate those concepts into practice by identifying process improvement opportunities.
  • Highly developed communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and share knowledge with others.
