We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Team Administrator to join our Smart Infrastructure team based in Sydney, NSW.

As a Team Administrator with Siemens you will be required to:

• Perform General Office Duties
• Greet couriers and direct them to the appropriate offices, notify operational staff of deliveries 
• Conduct clerical duties, including filing, responding to emails and preparing documents…..
• Coordinate project deliverables with appropriate operational staff 
• Perform accounting tasks, including invoicing and budget tracking
• Schedule meetings and travel arrangements for senior members of the company
• Provide administrative support for operations team
• Assist the Branch Manager with the preparations of company presentations, reports, etc….

This is initially a 12-month fixed termposition position.
