The working location:

江苏省无锡市新吴区汉江路13号

What will you do if join us?  

1.     To contribute towards the continuous development and improvement of production with regard to process, quality, working environment and efficiency

2.    Cooperate with other department to introduce new products new mould regulation and set up instruction for the production

3.    Make and update work instruction, standard worksheet, VSM, OEE etc.

4.    Investment analyses during purchasing new equipment. Include related layout change, efficiency increase, productivity improvement etc.

5.    Driving LEAN manufacturing implementation

6.    Responsible for shopfloor tools/fixtures optimization

7.    Other tasks that IE manager assigns

Who are we looking for?  

1.    Bachelor’s degree or above. Major in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience

2.    At least 5 years’ experience in sheet-metal manufacturing engineering.

3.    Familiar with punching, laser cutting, bending process.

4.    General expertise in basic software (CAD, Excel).

5.    Good communication skills in spoken and written English.
