Customer Support Engineer (CT/MRI/Cathlab)

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Installation & Service support for equipment such as MRI /CT/Cath Lab .
  • Handling breakdowns, updates calls, safety checks and closure of calls.
  • Routine maintenance, tune ups, calibration, quality checks of the systems to ensure uptime of systems.
  • Machine demonstrations and first level application to user.
  • Remote service through Siemens Remote Service(SRS) connectivity.
  • Support in execution of Service contracts & payments, & Collaborate with OEM products, spare parts and tools requirements.

Education/Skillset/Experience:

Candidate should have Degree or Diploma in Electronics/Electrical engineering with 2- 3 year service experience in handling equipment like CT and MRI system. Candidates having service experience in multi-modality systems like CT scanner/ MRI/Cath lab/ High end Digital Radiography can also be considered
