Using your expertise, you will be responsible for:

1. 국내외 파견자 관리업무 (65%)

- Immigration-related affairs (Visa document collection and review, application for visa issuance, application for alien registration card, and immigration consultation)

- Foreign visa consulting for domestic deployment

- Support for the delegates' overall life in Korea so that he/she can settle well (report of change of residence for foreigners, ARC extension, report of change of employment*training foreigners, change of residence status, etc.)

- Payment and reporting of 4 types of national social insurances for foreigners(4대보험 취득 자격 확인, 건강보험 가입면제 신청, 국민연금 가입면제 신청)

- Help arrange housing and local specific needs for inbound delegates

- Support for work when returning home country after completion of delegation

- Maintain delegation shadow payroll process

2. Payroll (35%)

- payroll Head count: 80, payroll service provided by outsourcing vender

- Collect and Input monthly payroll data

- Verify overtime calculation data and Payment

- Payment and reporting of 4 types of national social insurances for newcomers, retirees, employees on long leave (4대보험 신고 관련 업무)

- Monthly severance accrual and Quarterly vacation accrual & reverse

- Manage the payment (AP voucher)

- Coordinate schedules and Collect employee data for year-end tax settlement

- Communication with outsourcing payroll vendors

- Payment welfare fund (25th, 30th of every month)

What you need to make real what matters.

- 워드, 파워포인트, 엑셀 사용 가능자
- 영어 커뮤니케이션 필수
- 법적으로 한국 근무 가능자
- SAP 또는 Workday, Cloudpay 유경험자 우대

- Payroll 업무 경력 우대

- 빠른 출근 가능자 우대

Employment Condition :

- 고용형태 : 계약직 1년 (업무평가에 따라, 계약 연장 혹은 전환 가능성 있음)

- 직급 : 경력에 따라 추후 결정

- 근무지 : 서울 본사 사무소

- 근무시작일 : ASAP
