We are looking for an an IT Service Architect for the Endpoint Protection Service. The Endpoint Protection Service is a group of single services to protect the data and knowledge of Siemens, e.g. Malware Protection based on Windows Defender, Smart Card Service or Encryption services. These services are based on standard IT Products and are offered to countries worldwide.
  • Design, implement and operate integration services based on different platforms, e.g. Windows Defender, Azure, etc.
  • Follow and implement Siemens security policies and regulations
  • Work within the project as a driving member to reach and maintain the targets
  • Interpret and break down of Security regulations into realizable user stories 
  • Support completion of Security relevant documentation
  • Raising Security awareness within the Agile Team
  • Drive Security conformity processes
  • Maximize the value of the product/service and the work of the service team (ROI/NPV)
  • Make sure the wider team delivers the desired outcome
  • Acts as “Product Owner Proxy” if required acc. to SCRUM
  • Provide the Product Vision, decide on strategy and product details
  • Represent all stakeholders, manage requirements and expectations of all stakeholders incorporating an Entrepreneur mindset 
  • Support the wider Service Architecture and Service Management Teams in customer engagements to ensure relevant services can be delivered
  • Ensure operational excellence by balancing customer satisfaction, service availability and employee engagement. 
  • Focus on delivering ongoing business value to the customers of the service

  • You have successfully completed university degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology or related fields
  • You have several years of IT Infrastructure and Security market experience
  • You are experienced with Microsoft 365, Windows Defender, Azure
  • You have working knowledge and experience in IT Portfolio / IT Provider Management
  • You have knowledge in IT Infrastructure and Applications
  • You gained strong presentation and communication skills as well as excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • You are able to demonstrate commitment to develop, drive and manage services in a fast paced environment
  • You have a high English Language Domain/Fluency (Speaking, Reading & Writing)
  • ITIL/ PMP / Agile certifications are a plus
