What will you do?

  • Track Drummondville Production Schedule for critical materials such as, loadcenters/panels/switches (SEQ / EQ / ID / SE)
  • Ensure to keep management and relevant teams informed of the progress/delays
  • Coordinate with Drummondville on the sku sequence of the production; notify product management and production team if any revisions need to be made to the schedule based on urgent escalations
  • Working with Regional Sales managers and Drummondville for Direct Ship orders from the plant for urgent stock requests
  • In cases where Drummondville cannot ship direct; monitor the partial inventory arrival into the DHL warehouse and allocate to critical orders, allocate across different distributors (including PEX orders)
  • Monitor the backorder items in reference to their ageing, and coordinate with Drummondville
  • Monitor the backorder reports for allocating stock in FIFO, or in a manner to ensure distribution of the partial stock until the backlog is cleared out
  • Continuous communication follow-up with customers for urgent materials
  • Handle the escalation expedite requests from end to end.
  • Adhoc reports as requested
  • Suggest & implement process improvements to improve team efficiencies & customer satisfaction

What will you need to succeed?

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Bilingual in French is an asset
  • Experience in SAP is an asset
  • Intermediate skills in all MS Office applications
  • Minimum 3 years proven success in a customer service role
  • Must be detail oriented with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Must be proactive, self-disciplined, and able to demonstrate a high level of productivity, reliability, accountability
  • Strong analytical thinking and decision making, and results driven
