Commercial Finance Professional - Bids & Projects

Job Description


  • Support the Sales team and Commercial Bid Manager in all commercial, contractual and finance related aspects along the Pre-Sales Phase up to completion of tender stage.
  • Support the Commercial Project Manager & Project Manager in the management and oversight of a project throughout its lifecycle, taking an active role in all aspects of the process



  • Support reliable and transparent costing and stringent implementation of pricing strategy
  • Be the interface to subject matter experts e.g., from procurement, legal, tax, customs, transfer price and insurance
  • Support accurate handover to the project execution team incl. order entry calculation and proper documentation reflecting all changes during tender stage


  • Support Commercial Project Manager in Cost Controlling, Reporting, & Forecasting of the Project
  • Project business administration including invoicing and cash collection
  • Involved in the Project month end closing activities - prepare cost accruals/provisions, ensure revenue and profit declarations are properly recognized
  • Support internal & external project audits as required, and perform project close out activities

Qualifications & Experiences:

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance or Business Administration
  • 3 to 5 years working experience in Finance or Accounting. Experience in projects environment is a plus
  • Experience in collaboration with cross functional & geographical team is a plus.
  • Analytical, self-initiative and team player with good communication skills
  • Well versed in SAP and MS applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English due to multi-cultural working environment
