Over two exciting years, you will run three ambitious assignments, where you'll rapidly build up in-depth knowledge and experience our business from different perspectives, gaining a deep understanding of Siemens, especially of Siemens Digital Industries. Part of the program is a rotation abroad at one of our 1,700 worldwide locations, where you will improve your intercultural competence and become a more effective communicator across cultures.

Here is what we offer:

  • Three individual designed assignments at different DI locations, including one eight-month assignment abroad

We would love you to bring to us:
  • An excellent Master's, Diploma, Doctoral Degree or equivalent combined with significant practical work experience and knowledge from internships, working student activities etc.:
  • (Organizational)Psychology
  • Human Resources Management
  • Design or similar courses of study
  • Minimum of 4 months of international experience gained through studying, working, etc. in
  • Organizational Creativity, Design Thinking or UX Design
  • Ideally with experience in project management, especially regarding personnel or organizational development, change management or conception and implementation of UX Design
  • An affinity for creativity and design – you can convey complex topics and contexts coherently and convincingly
  • You have a talent for interdisciplinary communication and for communicating compassionately, as well as for organizing and moderating events (e.g., workshops)
  • You can work conceptionally and can bring your creativity to make the creativity lab successful
  • Personally, you excel as a great teammate, through structured work, drive and commitment
  • Excellent command of English and German
  • Flexibility and mobility within the program duration
