The sales support program manager will be an integral part of Siemens Large Drives LLC, responsible for supporting sales excellence & strategic initiatives. You will be responsible for working with sales on their processes, metrics, and data quality, and reporting outcomes to Siemens Large Drives LLC Senior Management.

Location Preferences are Georgia, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas

What You’ll Do:

Establish US processes around CRM tool including but not limited to:

  • Tool Transition
  • Training
  • Data quality & key performance indicators
  • Reporting
  • Business / Account planning
  • Functionality improvements

Sales Competency – Work with businesses segments ensure that LDA training is being held, develop process to evaluate salesperson for certification, and evaluation criteria

Yearly development, planning, and execution of sales conference

Supports in the implementation of superior business strategies, guidelines and principles.

Who You Are:

CRM / Sales Excellence Expert – leverage your knowledge to support and develop our sales teams and their acceptance/usage of CRM tools and process

Collaboration Driven - Ability to work in a highly matrixed organization to ensure there is alignment, communication, and agreement with key stakeholders and ability to influence outcomes of regional needs with support of management

Execution Oriented – You pro-actively manage schedules and deliverable due dates without supervision

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

BS/BA in related discipline, or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Minimum 5 years of successful CRM tool experience

CRM Tool knowledge (example: Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP Analytics, Tableau, BI, etc.)

Demonstrates and applies comprehensive knowledge of field of specialization to the successful completion of complex assignments.

Expected to integrate processes and results from other workflows and disciplines to develop and accountably propose appropriate and effective solutions for significant parts of solutions.
