Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Strategic business planning

•    Data driven approach in territory assignment and quota setting

•    Identify and align sales KPIs and other metrics

•    Identify the connection point process and KPIs across various Biz function and help to connect them

•    Drive the design of compensation plan that aligns with Corp strategies and motivate the sales team

•    Make a proposal for the further assignment for strategic industries

Support capitalization full lead/pipeline into Revenue

•       Lead and Design Cadence for Yearly, Quarterly, Monthly, Weekly to align with Sales managements’ decision processes

•       Find the bottle necks and help to achieve Country Forecast Accuracy.

•       Provide reliable communication channel from AE to sales management including country manager

•       Identifying potential performance issues and risks and provide early alert to sales team to take

preventive measures.

•    Cloud Sales Play Execution and Demand Generation Monitoring

Effective performance managements

•    Share lessons Learned through Win case, Loss case and Complex deal case to expedite transformation

•    Periodic building of sales statistics to support Biz Planning

•    Providing insightful reports and performance tracking

Qualifications, Skills and Competencies

-Minimum 10 years work experience in sales operations

-Strong interpersonal communication skills with good command of written and verbal English

-Highly collaborative and supportive across multiple functions with organized skills and attention to details

-Forecasting experience and working knowledge of SFDC
