Job Profile: Marketing & Communication Specialist

The candidate should be able 
• Support D&A Bangalore management team in enhancing Segments “attractiveness” by creating internal /external communications in alignment with the global D&A strategy.
• Helping with “Branding” various Segment’s improvement programs and creating communication strategy/material together with initiative drivers.
• Create marketing materials team including newsletters, emails, and brochures. They may also work with design teams to create other materials such as videos and white papers.
• Leverage various internal/external “social networks” to highlight Segment’s achievements and key events.
• Plan, coordinate and support various Segment level “events” – D&A awards, AEMs, Gemba walk/demos, Mgmt. offsite etc.

Task and Responsibilities
• Provide marketing and branding support and ensuring brand compliance across functions.
• Drive and deliver key communication pieces for employees and demonstrate a collaborative approach to deliver and positively contribute towards building a commutation bridge between the management and the employees through mailers/ face to communication/ leadership connects/ townhalls etc.
• Event management and planning in terms of the agenda/ topics/ technologies/awards/ goodies/ certificates/newsletter/townhall and the overall execution of the event, by liaising with vendors. 
• Works closely with global marketing team and share best practices across teams
• Creating awareness about the segment competency and progress externally to generate business opportunities and support the external communications strategy through effective mediums such as social media posts, participation at external events/awards and recognition
• Mange the LinkedIn account of the segment to promote the brand and actively contribute posts for our office LinkedIn page by spotlighting the competencies, work culture etc. 


What do I need to qualify for this job?
• Master’s degree in business administration, English, journalism or other related field
• 3-7years of relevant experience.
Knowledge/Competencies:
• One to three years of experience in the field with demonstrated skills and experience in content marketing and creation of marketing materials.
• Creativity, Writing skills, Presentation skills, Communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital advertising and social media and networking (internal & external)
