Then come and join our global team as Senior Quality Manager (f/m/d) iMS4C to maintain and enhance the global (quality) management system for our country organizations.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for the definition, maintenance and continuous improvement of the processes, procedures and tools of the “integrated Management System for Countries” (iMS4C)
  • You independently evaluate process performance indicators, prepare and conduct the annual Quality Management Review
  • You will develop quality management processes and drive their implementation as well as the associated tools within the Siemens Healthineers country organisations - including consulting, expertise and knowledge sharing
  • You prepare and execute trainings and workshops on quality management topics for Siemens Healthineers units worldwide (in English)
  • You foster the execution of an effective and efficient internal audit program (including supplier audit program). You act as a central interface to external certification audits to safeguard market access and provide transparency on quality and regulatory status
  • Furthermore, you identify improvement potentials by using Healthineers Performance System (HPS) methods

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have a degree in business or technical studies
  • You have many years of relevant professional experience in the field of quality management in medical technology
  • You already have many years of sound professional experience and further qualifications in this field, but no degree? Then we would also be pleased to receive your application
  • You have a very profound knowledge of the relevant quality management system regulations, standards and quality-related processes for medical devices and/or in-vitro diagnostics (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 13485, MDSAP) as well as related requirements, e.g. for cybersecurity
  • In addition, you have a very strong understanding of the interaction and business requirements of manufacturing units to country organisations (sales and customer service)

Your attributes and skills:

  • You are characterized by a self-motivated and goal-oriented way of working and the ability to work cross-functionally in international teams
  • You have the ability to analyze complex structures and topics and to work on them systematically and in a structured way
  • With your very good communication and presentation skills in English, you can easily conduct trainings or workshops and exchange ideas with international colleagues; knowledge of German is an additional plus
  • International business trips (approx. up to 20%) are a welcome change for you
