This is a newly created role reporting directly to our Senior Director to help manage site level Supply Chain Management Performance at our Newark, DE location.

The role is hybrid remote. The successful candidate will be required to work on-site at our Newark facility to collaborate with the other Siemens Healthineers team members as needed to support the Business.

This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Supply Chain Excellence Performance Manager, you will:

  • Work closely with senior executives and other business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with other functional team members to collect and analyze data, create reports for internal teams and/or external clients with the goal of improving the performance of Delaware site.
  • Use graphs, data analytics and other methods to visualize data and establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions and processes
  • Structure large data sets to find usable information
  • Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings

  • Develop efficient systems for collection information on performance and gathering and analyzing cross-functional performance data.
  • Presenting statistical performance analysis and recommending solutions and setting performance objectives and updating as necessary.
  • Extensive experience with analyzing processes and developing solutions for solving complex business problems.
  • You have high degree of confidence on your analytical skills and can analyze large amount of data and make executive level reporting.
  • You have very strong PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook, Power BI, SAP / ERP system, Snowflake ).
  • You will be working with our latest technology and therefore you are willing to learn about new software and hardware solutions.

Required skills to have for the success of this role

  • BS / BA with a concentration in Supply Chain/ Operations / Manufacturing / Process Engineering, or related degree required.
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Supply Chain operations (Procurement / Planning experience 
  • is preferred), with professional know-how and experience in Performance Management.
  • Life Science industry experience is a plus.
  • Willing to work on-site minimum 2 days per week or more based on Business need.
