Sales and Business Development Manager – E-Mobility

Job Description 

  • Managing existing projects and customer leads and make Siemens their preferred partner in all things related to eMobility in Thailand
  • Managing Channel Partners and grow the partner network within Thailand for E-mobility
  • Closely interact with Key Account customers for emobility – Automotive OEMS, Oil and Gas companies, logistics fleets, energy retailers etc
  • Proactively assist partners to generate new credible leads. Manage Offers and Pricing to partners & customers
  • Lead technical discussion, presentation related to emobility,
  • Able to strategize and develop business models, sales plans and execute them. Comfortable with chasing sales targets
  • Cross collaborate, explore synergies with other Siemens’ product range/ BU bundling and actively harness it.

What do You need to Qualify for the job?

  • Around 5 years of work experience with proven track record in Sales, business development or partner management preferably in an eMobility related field (but not a must) coming from any of the following - EV industry, Automotive, Solar and renewables, O&G, Industrial product business, MV/LV switchgear, Software sales etc.
  • Have an Engineering degree (MBA is a plus but not a must), 
  • Basic technical knowledge of power electronics, electrical system integrations and electric Vehicle charging systems would be advantageous, not a must
  • An independent thinker and doer who works with a high degree of Ownership and commitment 
  • Able to Multitask effectively on various related topics – Sales closure, business development, project management, pricing, marketing and strategy
  • Able to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people, from government policy makers to eMobility technical experts to partners and customers. 
  • Fluent in spoken and written Thai and English
  • Experienced in doing sales pitches, customer presentation, Sales follow-up and closures, processes to facilitate the business development process.
  • Knows how to identify and prioritize opportunities and leads that are in line with Siemens’s strengths and strategic direction.
  • Is willing and able to constantly learn and upskill own knowledge about the EV industry and bring value to the team
  • Comfortable with Local and overseas travel,
