• Support Head of Maintenance as well as coordinate with entire technical/commercial/SQT sections in all maintenance activities e.g. process, documentation, administration, quality, training, EHS, etc.
• Liaise with technical sections and/or customer for specific technical matters.
• Manage customer relationship and act on requests, comments and feedbacks of the customers.
• Assist Head of Maintenance in regular reporting to the customer and/or any ad hoc assignments.
• Act as a leading role in preparing the offer to the customer.
• Act as project manager for additional project (if any).
• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Engineering or related fields.
• 5 years or above of work experiences in engineering fields, if having experiences in maintenance will be a plus.
• Candidate should have a good logical thinking, good problem-solving skill and being a good team player.
• Good command of English
