Then come and join our global team as Sales Head (f/m/d) for the Business Line Computed Tomography to successfully implement global and regional sales strategies for Computed Tomography (CT).

The position is to be filled full-time or part-time with a minimum of 30h/week.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You are the head of the global sales team of the Business Line Computed Tomography at headquarters with 10 employees and report to the CT M&S Head
  • You define and implement global and regional sales strategies for CT
  • You work closely with the regions/zones and are responsible for the sales management of the global CT business management
  • You ensure that CT achieves order and sales targets as well as market share targets
  • You are responsible for the global CT sales planning
  • You monitor and manage the price quality
  • You define and support regional sales programs and run e.g., SPS (Structured Problem Solving) analyses to drive improvements
  • You take care of global Key Account Management and visits to important customers

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You hold a completed university degree in business administration, engineering, medicine, or a similar field
  • You have many years of professional experience in the healthcare industry. Experience in the area of CT would be desirable
  • You have additionally many years of experience in the CRM environment (marketing and sales)
  • Ideally, you have already gained experience in a business line headquarters CRM function and in a region
  • You have already managed a team and you have strong leadership skills
  • You have a comprehensive understanding of business goals and metrics, you gain insights from data and thereof derive the right measures
  • You have distinctive problem-solving skills and creativity for new approaches
  • You have experience with HPS methods, e.g., SPS (Structured Problem Solving)

Your attributes and skills:

  • You have strong communication skills in an international environment, with regions/zones and customers and are used to work in a global team
  • You have a sales-driven and strong desire to further increase the success of CT
  • A very good command of English and good German language skills complete your profile
