Job Description

At Siemens GBS we are looking for someone who is not afraid of both real and digital world and even can walk confidently across online platforms and help guide others. That is the right person for the exciting new role of Hybrid Events Manager.

   

Competences / Experience:

  • Project Management Support in virtual, hybrid and real events (Presentations, Creation of Offers, Pitch Support)
  • Setup and management of invitation process for internal and external audiences
  • Tool based participation management (e.g. via Cvent, Digital Guest Solutions or others) and managing of venue & hotel bookings
  • Setup and upload of digital content (text, pictures, video, setting of links etc.) in Event Platforms / Content Management Systems
  • Setup of Event Apps (e.g. agenda, visuals, features,)
  • Coordination of risk management processes and support of testing routines prior to virtual events
  • Support of compliance checks and sponsoring approval tools
  • Documentation of References
  • Direct communication with internal customers, provision of offers and discussion of contract
  • Continuous update of CMS Intranet pages
  • Content training for e.g., chat bots or AI tools
  • Hosting of webinars
 

What do we expect from you?

 
  • Good knowledge of Office 365,
  • Advanced English and at least B2 German is a must
  • Experience with Streaming Services and Events Platforms
  • Communicative personality
  • Like to work in interdisciplinary, international agile teams
  • Video and Picture Editing, Streaming
  • Eagerness to learn new tools
  • Ability to teach / explain tools
  • Time flexibility
  • Precise, “better check three times than one” personality
  • Analytics platforms are a bonus (Power BI, Excel pivot tables)
