What you will do:

• Support National Account Manager on account activities
• Support GM & Ford personnel with both verbal and written communication.
• Support Weekly meetings with both internal and external stakeholders.
• COMPAS order entry of all quotes under the GM & Ford Accounts
• Support CPM on forecasting and coordination of invoicing / revenue recognition.
• Work with multiple plants (both internal and external) to drive Contract schedules based on Customer Requirements
• Coordinate with End User site contacts (End User Personnel, Electrical Contractor or General Contractor) to provide schedule information including changes and/or delays
• Coordinate startup with Customer Service team
• Work with internal GM Team to resolve complex issues / problems
• Support International Shipments with Proper Paperwork (BOL, Packing Lists & Proforma Invoices)
• Complies with Siemens policies and procedures.


Knowledge & Skills
• Demonstrates and applies leadership skills
• Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail Oriented
• Able and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong system skills (COMPAS GO, COMPAS, SAP, etc.).
• Must be able to use Microsoft Suites (specifically Excel).


What you will need:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is strongly desired, although a combination of education (HS Diploma or GED equivalency is a minimum requirement) and directly related work experience will also be considered
• Minimum requirements: Experience utilizing SAP, COMPAS GO
• General understanding of Busway and Low Voltage Switchgear
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience of position profile and 2+ years including direct industry experience.
• Experience in leading teams and setting expectations to deliver required results.
• Successfully managed multiple projects with total volume over $10M+
