Job Description

1.Daily secretarial support to CEO
    >Fully support on management of appointments, schedules and travel plans including HQ management’s visiting 
    >Understanding of the company’s policies in terms of procedures including travel/expense claims, personnel changes and appointments, etc. Responsible for controlling signatures
2. General Management Office administrative work
    >Organize and coordinate internal/external business meeting e.g. business review meeting, board meeting
    >Organize and support team events such as team outing, annual party etc.
    >Support commercial team for company's annual registration 
    >Daily commercial issue assigned by CFO
     >Operational Support for HR department
