What will you do if join us?
Act as a team assistant to support team with business development manager, technical competence center, key account management and technical sales during daily work. Responsible for overall administrative and support to prepare business data, reporting slides.
1. Administration support:
• Office administration including visitor reception, book meeting room.
• Manage office supply, department assets.
• Archiving documents, apply manager signatures and company seal.
• System setup like nomination and delegation, make travel planning, book air ticket and hotel, daily and travel expense claim for managers.
• Support employee on-board and check out process, including working place, PC, business card, etc.
• Lead intern recruiting and training process.
• Other daily administrative tasks.
2. Business Support
• Cooperate with colleagues within and outside department, as well as business unit headquarter to collect info and give feedbacks in due time.
• As admin to guide team members using CRM tools, e.g. Trust IT and Siesales, export/consolidate and present preliminary data analysis over specific topic.
• Organize regular business review meetings and update regularly reports.
• Take partially the marketing activities incl. event organization, e-media platform operation, etc.
• Other tasks assigned by segment manager.

• Bachelor’s degree or above with basic English skills.
• Proficiency with Office software, like Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

• Strong sense of responsibility and team awareness.
