Digital Services Team Leader

Job Description

For our Regional Solutions and Services (RSS) Business Unit in Istanbul, we are looking for a Digital Services Team Leader. This role will be responsible for managing the SI RSS Digital Services Team, will drive customer satisfaction, implement digital services, coordinate team and support service customers. Will ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled while quickly resolving customer complaints. Scope of work to manage digital services team in the following disciplines: Digital Services Products, Remote Services, Asset Performance, Energy Performance Insights, Data Driven Services

What are my responsibilities?

• Implement internal rules and regulations.
• Ensure adherence to public and regional standards & regulations and control the execution according to the organizational guidelines.
• Follow up and implement new / digital technical developments on digital services.
• Provide vision, leadership and governance for the local Digital Services Team.
• Identify opportunities for digital services together with business lines, provide pre-sales / consulting support for strong teamwork, collaboration and excellent service delivery.
• Develop new use cases & services by utilizing local and global innovations and matching them with market demand; challenging the status quo of traditional service delivery.
• Define strategy and implementation plan for strategic digital initiatives and deliver against them in close collaboration with business lines and management.
• Ensure continuous improvement process to achieve efficiency gains and highest quality to meet constantly raising expectations from customers.
• Identify competences of the team and support team to develop technical and soft skills.
• Coordinate Digital Service operations and delivery activities and dispatching.
• Close collaboration with Project management team and follow up the ongoing projects.
• Plan resources and ensure maximum utilization of the team.
• Provide technical support to the team inline with HQ / Hotline.
• Close follow up of the operation KPIs and regular reporting.
• Managing Corrective & Preventive Maintenance Activities by; Incident-Handling and Management of service requests from customers and internal contacts, Troubleshooting and incident resolution via remote services, Preclarification of incidents via remote services, Dispatching of incidents and service requests to field service.
• Managing Digital Services by; Data-driven analysis of Building Operations and efficiency of Building Automation systems, Identification of customer-specific actions & procedures for optimizations and further systems development, Consulting Services in Energy Efficiency & Operations.

What do I need to qualify for this role?

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar experiences,
• Experience in managing innovative & technology driven team, 
• Operational experience in service, project management, strategic planning and sales-related functions is an advantage,
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Digital Services,
• Strong Leadership and team building skills,
• Excellent command of English, German is a plus,
• No restrictions for occasional travelling in Turkey and abroad,
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills,
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills,
• Strong dispute resolution skill and interpersonal skill to isolate problems,
• Demonstrate passion for service,
• Ability to handle pressure,
• Ability to build strong relationships across diverse groups, translating technical concepts for business audiences, and business concepts for technical audiences,
• Understanding the building services market, its challenges, trends and competitors,
• Confident in handling MS Office365 applications,
• Fluent in English.
