Job Description

The Market Strategy/Data Analyst Specialist is an integral part of Siemens Channel Sales and Marketing organization. Reporting to the Channel Sales Operations Manager, this person will provide data analysis, process creation, project management and program implementation support to meet the regional strategy aims of Siemens Channel Sales organization.

Works with strategy manager to deploy strategic initiatives and directives.
• LRBP Tableau Dashboard creation and management
• Policy Acceptance and Exclusivity annual process ownership, updating, and communication process and data coordination
• Manage and track negotiated DIPs:
• Monthly Reporting for RSM follow up with and Sales
• Payment calculation and backup financial document creation
• Support on BU programs & coordinated processes:
• Implement account level program changes according to approved levels, working with Sales, Pricing and Business Unit Marketing to ensure all program elements are aligned
• Work with BU on various projects/programs (SIstock, POD, SIplus, etc.) as they pertain to sales on a transactional level or enrollment basis to ensure programs and projects are deployed accurately
• Implement and manage Account Groupings for Market Builder/National Account Incentive Programs, and Rebate Bank
• Create/Run/Manage special reports as needed for sales/business and serve as a back up
• Operations Field Manual ownership for creation, content, and updating
• Support Channel Operations to create and manage annual account data audit/clean-up to ensure customer data cleanliness and accuracy (IE: closed but not terminated, terminated but still have Compas users, etc.
• Facilitate SPO process with Pricing and Sales in coordination with Region Strategy Managers input
• New account set up/terminations process modernization
• Project Management: Lead Module and Policy Committee Teams

What you will need:
• BA/BS (Engineering, Business, Marketing - other fields/experience will be considered)
• 2+ years of experience in sales / marketing of (industrial/construction) products preferred
• Data Analytics with preference for experience in SQL, Tableau/Power BI, KNIME/Altrex
• Microsoft Office – Must be proficient in Excel
• Preferred experience in Power Automate, SharePoint, and Microsoft Planner
• Proficient with working large amounts of data and presenting into meaningful actions/results
• Strong Organizational and Project Management Skills
• Must be results-oriented and comfortable in a limited-supervised environment.
