What you will do for Siemens Smart Infrastructure:
Wearing many hats, you will provide administrative support to a dynamic sales and service organization!



  • Maintains expert level knowledge of administrative tools and process required for business function and compliance within the group or department
  • Receives, screens, and routes incoming telephone calls, provides information to customers, takes messages, receives visitors, arranges appointments, places calls, and distributes incoming mail
  • Monitors inventory levels of office and departmental supplies and initiates purchase orders as necessary
  • Manages office vendors, as needed, for service and maintenance of copiers, printers, plotters and the breakroom
  • Performs on boarding of new employees by verifying I-9 eligibility, obtaining office assets, and ordering of necessary clearances
  • Orders and assigns all marked fleet vehicles
  • Supports the branch safety coordinator by leading monthly meetings, attending zone safety meetings, proving information to the branch committee, and ordering PPE
  • Supports the role as IT champion, this includes basic IT troubleshooting, directing employees where to seek help, basic re-imaging of computers. Attend monthly IT support meetings.
  • Leads the engagement committee
  • Supports the sales department with various administrative duties such as, but not limited to, relationship surveys, SPODOM requests, sales activities, organizing customer trainings, and maintaining various licenses for the branch 


  • High school diploma or state-recognized GED; Associate degree preferred
  • Administrative experience supporting teams; 5+ years preferred
  • Excellent Office 365 suite (Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, word, OneDrive) skills for report generation, presentations, and general correspondence 
  • Excellent grammar, spelling, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with team members at all levels within the organization 
  • Requires the ability to exercise normal independent judgment and basic reasoning skills

  • Experience organizing and leading small project teams
  • SAP reporting and queries
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot basic IT functions
