What are my responsibilities?
- Developing FA distributors own business in China
- Focus on Distributor own target customers and make the growth continuously
- Dig out more FA business opportunity in 3 tier cities in China with distributors
- Organize the innovation activity with FA distributors to promote Siemens FA product
- Organize the technical and sales training for FA distributors sales and engineers
- Guide FA distributors to follow FA MBP policy.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Rich knowledge of Siemens especially FA products portfolio.
- 3+ years practical channel management experience is preferred
- Strong business strategy thinking and sales sense
- Good influencing and communication skills internally and externally.
- Good presentation skills in English
