Then come and join our global team as Senior Subject Matter Expert (f/m/d) Revenue Recognition Business Support Center to take a key role in driving and influencing strategic business/ technology directions toimprove and impact our business results. The main place of performanceof this global role can be individually discussed.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will support regional organizations, explaining structural or organizational touch points within the new P58 environment and recommend areas of optimization, in order to achieve continuous smooth operations and stable month-end-procedures
  • You will drive and coordinate analysis for systematic patterns in a complex environment (process, IT, data, user handling etc.) within own organizations and beyond
  • You will advise and consult key stakeholders for sustainable corrective actions in order to achieve continuous improvements
  • You will also take on special topics and projects and drive them to success
  • You will preventively monitor value flows and processes to detect data inconsistencies
  • After solid root cause analysis, you will recommend optimized handling within given framework, P58 and beyond, e.g. CPQ, BI
  • You will train and coach others from the whole organization in their field of expertise to promote cross-departmental collaboration

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have a university degree in business administration, finance or similar, ideally with a specialization in controlling
  • You have long-term experience with value flows in the field of Siemens Healthineers business and processes and you have an in-depth knowledge of the IFRS15 requirements
  • If you don't have a university degree but further experience in the relevant field, we would also appreciate your application
  • You have experience with the identification of error patterns and the initiation of correction activities and their follow-up
  • You have experience with the project P58 and with end-to-end test scenarios
  • You show very good skills with SAP Modules FI, CO, BW and SD

Your attributes and skills:

  • You are passionate about digitalization and always question the status quo to optimize our business processes
  • You see the big picture and therefore are able to put bottom-up information into the overall strategic context
  • You have strong communication skills and are able to communicate on a level playing field with the management level. You are able to communicate fluently in English with decision makers from different countries (German is a benefit, but not required)
  • You are comfortable with collaboration in cross-functional and cross-organizational teams and are willing to travel for business purposes (up to 30% of your time)
