To enable more customer who have LDA production installed benefitting from digitalization transformation, Siemens developed SIDRIVE IQ platform, which can keep the drive chain running with high performance at the customer side, and help the customer save operation cost. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving this business growth and implement measures to increase sales effectiveness and efficiency.
• Develop SIDRIVE IQ business in China with clear strategy, collaborate with sales to seize business opportunities, and complete the business target.
以清晰的战略开发LDA 中国数字化SIDRIVE IQ业务，与销售部门同力抓住商机，完成业务目标。
• Visit customers to promote SIDRIVE IQ, onsite investigation, work out the technical proposal and quotation.
• Standardize the selling process and related documentation, to enable sales colleagues in the business.
• Develop partnership with system integrator and distributor and do training to them.
Who are we looking for?
• Bachelor or above.
• Over 3 years’ experience as Business Development or Sales in manufacturing industries.
• Be familiar with drive knowledge (converter & motor), and the candidate who have IT or automation programing background will be preferred.
• Customer-centric attitude with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Full of passion for new challenges, self-motivation, business result orientation.
• Ability to work independently and to collaborate effectively across functions.
• Accept frequent short-term business travel.
• Good English speaking, reading and writing skills
