Mission
负责人事报告提供及人事系统数据管理

GBS H2R内部其他团队成员,内部各地GBS H2R服务人员,P&O(HR)同事

Task
• 根据不同人事异动流程,下载人事数据更新模板,检查批量人事数据更新模板并维护相关人事IT系统;
• 配合薪资组完成相关薪资数据的人事系统更新;
• 分析数据上传的错误日志,同相关负责人沟通,提供方案解决问题;
• 在人事项目中,配合相关人事IT系统测试,提供数据迁移及相关人事系统更新方案;
• 负责相关人事报告的准备和提供;
• 负责年度绩效设定及奖金运算相关系统的数据管理与更新;
• 部门经理交办的其他事项。


Knowledge

本科及以上学历;
0-3年人事相关工作经验;应届毕业生亦可。
较强的沟通能力,能够与客户、上级顺畅沟通;
反应灵活,思维敏捷,善于根据客户情况及时制定相应的策略;
能够迅速学习新的业务知识,对自已有高要求;
很强的主动服务精神,能够适应业务高峰期的工作压力;
会使用PPT,WORD及EXCEL等工具;
英语书面表达及口语流利
SAP系统经验优先。

What are my responsibilities?

Working in GBS H2R Suzhou Operation Center as a Specialist.
- According to different HR processes, download templates and check mass data of employee HR information, upload data to SAP systems;
- Cooperate with payroll team to complete related payroll data maintenance in SAP;
- Analyzing the error message for data uploading, provide solutions
- GID system operation, maintain the employee data
- Provide data update & system update solution for HR projects and support HR IT systems’ test;
- Be responsible for HR related reports’ providing;
- Manage annual incentive targets’ setting and bonus calculation platform;
- Be responsible for HR related reports’ providing;
- Other missions assigned by manager;

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Education: Bachelor or above
Working experience: 0-3 years HR field working experience
Knowledge/Languages:
Fluent English in speaking and writing;
Skillful in MS software, such as PPT, Word, Excel;
Good communication skills;
Be responsible and customer oriented;
Be able to work under pressure during peak season (latter half of month);
Be willing to learn and quick learning.
SAP knowledge is preferred.
