Business Development Manager - LV Systems

Job Description

What is my responsibilities?
• Responsible for business development of Low Voltage Switchgear Product / System / Solution from Panel Builders, EPCs and Licensed Partners
• Support Sales in promoting / developing business of LV Franchise built Panels (e.g. SIVACON)
• Work closely with Sales and ICB Partners to provide project specific support and in closing the order
• Plan and execute promotional activities for Key PBs / EPCs, for focus products and new products / systems.
• Provide technical-commercial support to Licensed Partners in optimizing the offering
• Periodic review of Licensed Partners and guide them to achieve the desired performance
• Conduct knowledge sharing sessions for colleagues, create technical journals and publish technical articles in journals

What do I need to qualify for this role?
• Electrical / Electronics engineer with 10 to 15 years experience in handling LV Switchgear business from Panel Builders / New Projects
• Strong knowledge of LV Switchgear Products and a good understanding of LV Power Distribution and Motor Control
• Expert in handling LV Panel / Switchboard business
• Good Market knowledge and experience in prospecting, offer making, optimizing BoQ, negotiating and closing orders from Panel Builders / New Projects
• Good communication skills
