1. Update project management to corporate with project team for quick update release.
a. Close communication with project team regarding update decision and implementation.
b. Drive update project team to release update according to project request.
c. Monitor the update progress and feedback to project for the issues reported from update.
2. Installed base monitoring and report.
a. Field information collection, such as spare part consumption, specific system information, etc.
b. System usage monitoring for regular report.
c. Specific issue monitoring for problem investigation.
3. Maintenance project support.
a. System flow chart update.
b. Coordinator for specific topic assigned by project team.
c. System knowhow build up and technical investigation involvement.
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in science and engineering.
2. Good communication skill and learning skill.
3. Fluent in both writing and speaking English.
4. Be familiar with MS Office.
5. Project experience in medical device is preferred.
