This is your role. Responsibility & Pre-requisite-

To drive the business for service sales for Factory & Process Automation, Production Machine Application, Motion Control including motors and drives, Sale of Service business & Digitalization across Verticals. Art of balancing growth in all business segments. Coordination with other stake holders viz relevant CS HO, product and solution sales, back-office team, Logistics and various segments within CS for spares, retrofits / modernizations, AMCs & DE DS topics. Coordinated approach with solution & product sales, vertical market segments, service team and commercial support function. Clear understanding about go to market approach of various portfolios. Key responsibilities include lead generation, offers with compliance towards all relevant processes, order acquisition, execution with all stake holders support and closure of the contract with customer.

Qualification - Electronic / Electrical Engineering Graduate with 7 to 10 years’ experience or Diploma with 11 to 15 years’ experience in service. Out of this, minimum 3 years in sales profile is must for this role. Knowledge about local geography and regional language will carry weightage.

Extensive knowledge and track record of handling system cases, focus on value proposition and optimization of offerings. Ability to create an edge for Siemens at the customer end & knowledge on project costings including bought outs for Automation and Drives system jobs.

Exposure about commercial topics related to service & supply contracts is essential.

Knowledge & past track record of successfully creating a base for DIGITALIZATION business / Digital Enterprise portfolio is important.

Business strategy to work with End customers in private and Govt sectors to push for CS offerings namely Spares, retrofits / modernization, AMCs, digitalization & virtualization, cranes.

Preparation of business plan for setting up annual targets across all Business Segments along with market transparency. More importantly, possessing the ability of achieving the planned targets by encouraging & enthusing the team and self.

Business focus on Territorial locations and all other small pockets within region to have knowledge about their key success factors.

Possessing the requisite knowledge as well as the ability of generating business from Automotives, F&B, Cement, Sugar, Pharma etc.

Experience and possessing knowledge in market verticals like Pharma, Cement, Metals / Steel, F&B, Automotive, Sugar, Paper, Cranes etc.

Candidate must possess the Growth Mindset & always keep the customer needs as the center of all activities.

Advance Communication Skills & Conflict Management abilities. Clear knowledge about the Service Processes and relevant tools (Sie Sales, BESYS, DAMEX, Gloria etc)
