Your new role – challenging and future-oriented

The RI EL BID group is responsible for securing large electrification projects for Siemens Mobility with a high bid quality.

  • Together with dedicated bid team members you are responsible for updating and optimizing our quotation tools (mainly MS Excel based).
  • In this context you support us in defining and setting up standardized documents and templates (e.g. interface documentation, typical risk overview per bid type).
  • Additionally you create templates for RFQs (Request for quotations) to subsuppliers.
  • You assist during general bid preparation activities.
  • Furthermore, you organize internal workshops to coordinate the content of the tools and actively collect information.


Your qualifications – solid and appropriate

  • You are an enrolled student and are available for about 15-20 h/week.
  • In addition, you bring general programming knowledge with database background.
  • Furthermore, you bring know-how in dealing with Microsoft SW products, especially macro programming.
  • Experience with the tool "Tableau" is desirable.
  • You are fluent in German and English.
