Are you brave enough to challenge yourself? 

The more Siemens DI SW onboard to Micro Service development, the more cross-functional teams are needed to address challenges common for the business unit overall. MS Teams is the official collaboration platform at Siemens DI SW. In daily operations, these cross-functional teams adopt/use Microsoft (MS) Teams in addition to many MS Office based documents to communicate, enable, govern or report on their activities. This ends up to be very labor intensive. MS introduced MS Power Automate, which is a no-code platform integrated in the MS office environment and beyond to support all its users automate as many of the day to day manual processes.

You’ll help our customers drive digital innovation by

We are looking for an intern to

  • get upskilled on Power Automate, and
  • learn the key security processes in Siemens Software, e.g. for Threat Risk Analysis, or code scanning activities… and
  • find room for automating the data acquisition, the notification and reporting as well as creation of a workflow that includes the relevant stakeholders and
  • automate these processes as much as possible.
  • It will be a plus, if the candidate is as well able to code in Python for those extreme cases where Power Automate falls short on.

At the end of the internship, you would have acquired an good overview on security in a business unit of 27+K employee and on adopting automation for any type of agile environment.


What do you need to realize what matters
  • eager to learn new technology
  • good skills in English language
  • idealy first experience in Power Automate
  • hands on experience in coding
