Then come and join our team as a Service Commercial Administrator. This is an operational administrative role in a core area of the business - every part of the business interacts with this team, so no two days are the same and a role in this team does not come up very often! Initially office based at our offices in Camberley, once fully trained this can be a hybrid role with a 50:50 split working home and office based.

This role reports into the Finance Order to Cash (OTC) Contract Administration Manager and is part of a supportive team. It requires interaction with many internal stakeholders and direct contact with our customers, focusing predominantly on the creation, maintenance and invoicing of service contracts in the company's SAP system. Moving forward there will be a chance to contribute to some process development and design as the team begins to work with a new system.

In a typical week, your main duties could include:

·       Accurate and timely creation, maintenance and invoicing of customer service contracts.

·       Dealing with contract and billing enquiries from our team of Customer Service Managers, our Customer Service Centre as well as directly from the end Customer.

·       Ownership of contract administration for assigned corporate accounts and customers based within an assigned regional territory, ensuring resolution of customer queries and accurate generation of purchase orders undertaken in a timely manner.

·       Participation in the time and material billing process by utilising the reporting functions available on SAP to ensure timely and accurate customer invoicing.

·       Working alongside colleagues to ensure service provision is maintained for customers and internal stakeholders, working on a rota basis to oversee the shared team email inbox.
