About T&E Service manager:

The role will be expected to manage Travel and expense service team in China in order to deliver high quality, compliance service, achieve efficiency via continuously process optimization/digitalization and maintain high customer/user satisfaction.

Main Responsibility:

Providing an accurate and timely accounting service in line with company regulations and guidelines, incl. but not limited

-        Have in-depth understanding of end-to-end travel expense management process and could perform all relate process from expense audit/advance management to account clearing etc.

-        Liaise with GPO (global product officer) or Concur team to support local CR or expense data analytics

-        Overall productivity management to ensure all expense claim can be proceeded by team in a timely manner and fulfill SLA target

-        Drive efficiency optimization via process reengineering or digitalization and contribute to cost saving

-        Quality management

-        People management, and foster team learning culture in order to ensure a strong service attitude and high level of employee engagement.

-        May involve local/global project if have

Basic Qualification:

-        5 years’ experience in shared finance fields

-        Have In-depth understanding of PRC GAAP/ Local tax law/ IFRS/ISO requirement

-        Familiar with SOA requirement

-        Operation and project management experience

-        Familiar with tools/system like, SAP FI module, SAP Concur (good to have)

-        Customer management incl.  escalation or issue management

-        Good communication skills and cross collaboration skills

-        Familiar with MS office and good at data analytics

-        Fluent in speaking and writing English

Preferred Qualification:

-        CPA or equivalent certification

-        Team management experience for team size around 6-20
