This is your role. What part will you play?

Responsible for order acquisition from direct/indirect customers (through Channel Partners) in the region for automation & drive products.

Handle the complete basket of products for the assigned customers from automation & drives portfolio which includes PLCs, DCS products, motion controllers, HMIs, VFDs, Servo drives, and communication & identification products.

Plan required actions to achieve the given targets, periodic monitoring of the progress, and taking appropriate corrective actions to bridge the gap.

Work with OEMs, Contractors, and End-users for their automation and drive requirements. Front end the pre-sales and sales activities like understanding the application, make technical and commercial offers, processing orders etc.

Define strategic objectives for top Retention and Conversion Customers assigned to the him/her, plan activities to achieve these objectives and ensure timely completion.

Review the performance of the channel partners periodically and define measures to ensure the targets are achieved.

Effective utilization of CRM tool for planning and monitoring of customer visits, opportunities etc.

Carrying out promotional activities like product presentations, seminars etc.

Knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, DCS, Variable Frequency Drives, D.C.Drives, Motion controllers & servo systems.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Education & Experience Required!

B.E or B-TECH (Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronics / Electronics & Telecommunications) with 7-11 years of experience in sales.
