Senior Consultant (f/m/d) Workforce Transformation & Incentives Compensation Management

Become part of the Sales Excellence Team of Smart Infrastructure in Germany and shape with us the future of our workforce transformation and compensation incentives & recognition system. You will get the opportunity to drive a multifaceted spectrum of conceptional and transformation tasks and partner with several stakeholders across the organization. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Establish an overall workforce transformation program including Strategic Workforce Planning, Competency & Skill Management and Career & People Development to achieve our transformation goals 
  • Derive and implement corresponding transformation & change activities for our salesforce 
  • Driving the sales transformation for agile & digital culture and organizational learning 
  • Provide advice and solutions to help business units achieve excellence in incentive design, program management, and governance across the Enterprise 
  • Support business units in sales compensation design, modeling, and program management 
  • Implement best practices around sales pay and rewards to motivate sales performance 
  • Furthermore, you will be in charge for trend scouting around Workforce Transformation and Sales Compensation Incentives from other industries  
  • Partner and work with several stakeholders e.g., People Excellence and People & Organization department to develop & deploy aligned policies, principles, and conditions for sales compensation 
  • Develop Future Training Landscape for our sales team
Qualifications: 
  • Experience in sales compensation, transformation projects and you have already been able to apply your knowledge in change projects. 
  • Very good knowledge in the areas of strategy development, conception, and implementation as well as familiar with topics such as design thinking 
  • Ability to manage complex projects with global and regional perspective as well as management of respective expectations from related stakeholders 
  • Effective communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills as a team player 
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities; look at problems from differing views and perspectives, as well as an inquisitive nature 
  • Taking responsibility and collaborate across different organizations 
  • Master’s degree and specific long term experience 
  • Very good English and German language skills
